Not in the iOS and Android apps: there every game plays offline against the computer without one. In a web browser you always need one. A free account is needed for online play, leaderboards, joining a table by code, buying Premium and restoring a purchase, and it keeps your games, statistics and friends with you when you change phone. It takes an email address and a password.

In the iOS and Android apps, yes. Your first game needs a connection once, to start your free trial; after that every game plays fully offline against AI opponents, with no connection and no mobile data. In a web browser you need a connection the whole time.

Create a private table and share the invite code. Your friends open the app, tap Join Friends and Family, then Join by code. AI players can fill any seat nobody takes, so the game always starts.

Everything Premium has, for 14 days: all 59 games, online play and private tables. It starts by itself with your first game, and no card is needed.

Nothing is charged. You keep any 3 card games of your choice, free and permanently, played offline against the computer; choosing them needs an internet connection once. For now the free picks are card games only; games from other types may join the free tier in the future. Subscribe if you want the whole catalog and online play.

It depends on where you subscribed. In the apps, subscriptions are sold and billed by the App Store or Google Play, and only they can cancel or refund one: open your subscription settings on your device — the app's Manage subscription button goes straight there. On the web, the yearly plan is sold by Paddle: open the Premium page at play.vanikar.games to manage or cancel it, and see our Refund Policy at vanikar.games/refunds for refunds (within 14 days of a charge, email support@vanikar.games). Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Premium until the paid period ends.

Tap Restore purchases in Settings. Your subscription belongs to your Vanikar account, not to the device. A web subscription needs nothing: sign in with the same account.

No — the 3 free games are a one-time choice. Use the trial to try everything before you decide, or subscribe to unlock all of them.

It stays. Your history, statistics and achievements are kept, and you drop back to your 3 free games offline. Resubscribing restores the rest.

Because it starts your free trial. The app contacts our server once to begin it, so the trial is recorded for your phone and can follow you to an account later. After that the games play offline; only online play needs a connection again.

It starts the moment you start your first game in an app, not when you install it, and runs for 14 days with everything Premium has. It is per app and per phone: one trial per phone in each app, and one per person. When it ends, Card Games by Vanikar lets you choose 3 card games to keep free forever, offline — choosing them needs a connection once. Chess & Checkers by Vanikar and Board Games by Vanikar have no free games after their trial; they need Premium.

They stay on the phone only. Uninstalling the app erases them, and they do not follow you to another phone. Creating an account uploads them and keeps them with the account.

The account inherits the trial your phone started, counted from the day it started — not a fresh 14 days. If the account already had its own choice of free games, the account's choice stands.

Yes. Buying Premium in one of our apps signs you in to our other apps on the same phone automatically — same account, no second sign-in.

Every locked screen and every trial-ended screen has “Already have an account? Sign in”. Tap it and sign in; your games, statistics and Premium come back with the account.

Yes. Chess & Checkers uses the same Vanikar account, and a Card Games subscription includes it — along with Board Games by Vanikar and every game we release after them. Chess plays in the browser at play.vanikar.games/chess-and-checkers; sign in there with the account you already have.

Yes — one Vanikar account covers both, and a subscription bought in the mobile app or on the web works in both. Every game you have in the app is there as well. The browser always needs an account; only the phone apps play without one. One thing to know: you can only be signed in one place at a time, so signing in somewhere else signs out the session still running elsewhere.

Open My Profile from the menu in the app. Your email address comes from registration and cannot be changed there, so write to us if it needs to move.

Tap Forgot password? on the sign-in screen and follow the email that arrives.

You can delete it in the app, or write to us from the address on the account and we will do it. Deletion is permanent. A web subscription is canceled with the account; an App Store or Google Play subscription has to be canceled separately in your store settings.

No. Not in the trial, not in the free tier, not in Premium, and not later.

Voice at the table runs through Discord. Check that the app has microphone permission on your phone, and that your Discord account is linked in the app.
