Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the Card Games mobile application or the website at vanikar.games operated by Vanikar LLC (“Vanikar,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, installing, or using the Services you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA) to use the Services. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must agree to these Terms on your behalf.

2. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it updated. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us at support@vanikar.games if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. License to Use

Vanikar grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use the App on devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

4. Prohibited Conduct

• Use cheats, automation, bots, hacks, or any unauthorised third-party software.
• Exploit bugs or glitches; report them to support@vanikar.games.
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other players.
• Use hate speech, discriminatory language, or obscene content.
• Sell, trade, or transfer your account or virtual items.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers.
• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose.

5. Virtual Currency & In-App Purchases

All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law or the relevant app store’s refund policy. Virtual currency has no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Clubs & Tournaments

Club founders are responsible for moderating their clubs in accordance with these Terms. Vanikar may disqualify participants who breach these Terms or event-specific rules.

7. Intellectual Property

The Services and all content therein are owned by Vanikar or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. VANIKAR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VANIKAR’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS, OR (B) USD $100.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vanikar and its affiliates from any claims arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for conduct that violates these Terms. You may delete your account via Settings → Account → Delete Account.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration under AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules. Class actions are waived to the fullest extent permitted by law.

14. Changes to These Terms

We will notify you of material changes via in-app notification or email at least 14 days before they take effect.
